Leadership and Human Development
I hope you had a great week of work because we are on Thursday (or as some say " almost Friday "or" Friday tiny "). Recently I attended a seminar in human development and reflected I think thinking about everyone we've ever had about what our mission in life or what is the meaning of it. According to Victor Frankl, famed psychotherapist and recognized the important thing is not to ask the "why" but "to" of our existence. The "that" may, "help people become better" because in my view, only achieved true fulfillment in serving others in a way or another, each in his field as parents, children, neighbors, bosses, drivers, engineers, architects. A true leader is the guide but it is a server on your computer, hopefully reflect that some "public servants". You have the power and freedom to choose and take your leadership, but begins with you. Leader, lead thyself.
