is a pleasure to greet again. In the last few weeks I have attended a course on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), a current issue and even fashionable in the business environment, social and consultancy. But what is CSR? To me this is the reason for the company, its "so that" where your goal is the human person and the common welfare rather than profit. But CSR is more than a trendy marketing strategy is a lifestyle company, and also a way of integrating it. CSR must start from the head of the organization, who must lead by example in and out of the business under the following fundamental principles: a person, solidarity, subsidiarity, the common good, equality, freedom, justice, authority, culture, employment, personal development, universal destination of goods, business management, and social balance.
