THE DOG TAIL ALCIBIADES
Luis Carandel (gb) in his book Tales of the Policy, we tells the story of the dog of Alcibiades.
The Athenian general Alcibiades , grandson of Pericles, had bought a dog, and one day he cut off his tail.
People condemned this approach and began to criticize the general.
Alcibiades' friends reproached him for his action, saying that she need not get in people's mouths for something so unimportant.
The general replied, laughing: That's what I meant.
While the Athenians were entertained with the tail of the dog, leave me alone and no other actions will make inquiries about me.
